🔄 Returns

• Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
• Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@pourvelle.com with a photo of the issue.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
